Below is a detailed list of documents, statements, and other information to learn about your asset(s). Review this material in detail per the instructions provided. If you do not have the document(s) requested, please send me what you do have.

We do not accept paper copies sent via snail mail.

Paper documents can be scanned and emailed to the email address above. Your local UPS, FedEx, or print shop will be able to do this should you require assistance. 

What Happens Next?

Mineral & Royalty Divestitures

Upon receipt of the documents provided, the approximate timeline is:

Week 1-2

Prepare the marketing materials

Week 3-8

Marketing, further due diligence, field questions and provide additional information for interested buyers

Week 9-16

Finalize sale price, buyer performs title and due diligence, final closing

Mineral & Royalty Appraisals

Upon receipt of the documents provided, the timeline is:

Week 1

Prepare the appraisal materials for engineering

Week 2-4

Due diligence and final completion of appraisal report

Delays are subject to:

  • The documents above cannot be provided. Relevant parties will need to be contacted to supply them and we are subject to their response times.
  • New discoveries during the due diligence phases could affect the timeline.
  • Assets of larger size and quantity will require additional time to prepare.
